Mac In Your City: Milwaukee, WI

Remember all those discussions you had at Mac, all the new ideas, and passions you discovered? Enjoy that same energy again at Mac In Your City events all over the world. Meet new alumni and reconnect with those you know in your area. You will find there is a little bit of Mac wherever you are!

Events have been organized around the world by alumni hosts, creating opportunities to gather and engage in community and conversation. Show your Mac pride by wearing blue and orange, take a photo, and share online using the #heymac or #MIYC25 hashtags.

Event Details

All Macalester alumni and their families are warmly invited to join us for a casual drop-in gathering at the South Shore Beer Garden! Reconnect with fellow Scots, reminisce about your time at Macalester, and catch up on where life has taken us since.

Enjoy delicious food and drinks available for purchase, take in the beautiful lakefront views, and relax in great company. A newly completed playground is also ready for our youngest future alumni to enjoy.

We will reserve several tables in the grass.  Bring your own pint glass for discounts on beverages.
