Mac In Your City: Asheville, NC

Remember all those discussions you had at Mac, all the new ideas, and passions you discovered? Enjoy that same energy again at Mac In Your City events all over the world. Meet new alumni and reconnect with those you know in your area. You will find there is a little bit of Mac wherever you are!

Events have been organized around the world by alumni hosts, creating opportunities to gather and engage in community and conversation. Show your Mac pride by wearing blue and orange, take a photo, and share online using the #heymac or #MIYC25 hashtags.

Event Details

All alumni are welcome to join us for a casual happy-hour gathering! Oak & Grist is open to all ages, dog-friendly, and has a selection of cocktails, wine, beer, and NA options. They have a large covered outdoor area where we can gather. Host will pick up some pizzas+flatware/plates to share. You are welcome to bring snacks for yourself or to share if you’d like. Folks will be responsible for their own bar tabs. There is ample parking at the distillery and accessible restrooms. If anyone wants to travel by bus, the Asheville Regional Transit system has a stop quite close by.
