Mac In Your City is a three-day celebration of the Macalester community, bringing alumni together in cities and towns around the world for connection, conversation, and community.

Each event is unique because it's hosted by alumni. Whether you're gathering over coffee, enjoying a meal, exploring a local museum, or taking a neighborhood walk, you'll have the opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces, meet fellow Scots, and celebrate the Macalester spirit close to home.

Let’s grab some drinks and bites at an izakaya and have a fun chat!

We'll meet at a cozy izakaya in the basement of a building linked directly to the pedestrian deck. The fee is around 5,000 yen. It's a 3‑minute walk from Sendai Station’s west exit!
