Mac In Your City: Philadelphia, PA

Mac In Your City is a three-day celebration of the Macalester community, bringing alumni together in cities and towns around the world for connection, conversation, and community.

Each event is unique because it's hosted by alumni. Whether you're gathering over coffee, enjoying a meal, exploring a local museum, or taking a neighborhood walk, you'll have the opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces, meet fellow Scots, and celebrate the Macalester spirit close to home.

Event Details

We will be hosting a pot-luck picnic gathering at Bartram Gardens for alumni and their families and friends. Join us in the camaraderie of Macalester alumni and enjoy Bartram gardens!

Because the picnic will be potluck, please bring food to share and your own beverages. You may also want to bring folding chairs or blankets to sit on. We will be located in one of the picnic areas that are first come, first served. We will try to use the covered picnic gazebo in case of rain.
