Mac In Your City: Lexington, KY

Mac In Your City is a three-day celebration of the Macalester community, bringing alumni together in cities and towns around the world for connection, conversation, and community.

Each event is unique because it's hosted by alumni. Whether you're gathering over coffee, enjoying a meal, exploring a local museum, or taking a neighborhood walk, you'll have the opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces, meet fellow Scots, and celebrate the Macalester spirit close to home.

Event Details

This is a casual, unstructured gathering in a local brewery. All are welcome. Drop in when you can, there is no “start” time but we will be there from 6pm. We will just chat and get to know one another!

Food and drink will be available for purchase. This is a bar space, so beer is the focus, but there are options for food and NA drinks as well.
 
Taking public transit: LexRide downtown circulator can get you here for FREE! Bike (or walk)! Burl Brew is located on Town Branch trail. 

Driving: Parking is free in the city provided parking lots off of Manchester Street and Forbes. Parking is also free in the Distillery District parking lot and the Burl parking lot and along some streets. There is also paid parking in the lot east of the Distillery District.
