Mac In Your City: Boston, MA

Mac In Your City is a three-day celebration of the Macalester community, bringing alumni together in cities and towns around the world for connection, conversation, and community.

Each event is unique because it's hosted by alumni. Whether you're gathering over coffee, enjoying a meal, exploring a local museum, or taking a neighborhood walk, you'll have the opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces, meet fellow Scots, and celebrate the Macalester spirit close to home.

Event Details

Please join Mac Alumni for an evening gathering at the Haven, in Jamaica Plain. Come hang out, reminisce, and meet up with fellow Mac grads in the Boston area! We will also have Mac trivia for those who are more competitive.

You can walk from the Stony Brook Orange Line MBTA station or park on site. Free parking is available at the Haven, but it can be somewhat crowded. Parking in surrounding neighborhoods is generally easy enough. Drinks will be available for purchase but we will have some light food provided. If you want something more substantial, you can order hearty Scottish food from the restaurant.
